Our mission

Our mission is to create a sport excellence that will provide athletes of all means,
color, and race with the opportunity to participate in the highest performance
programs and events.

Ultimate Performance (Sport Speed Training) Team

Chris Wiggins
ATC

Chris Wiggins, earned his Degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Chris also is a Licensed Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC).  He also holds an ACSM Strength and Conditioning Certification from the American Collage of Sports
Medicine. Over the past ten years Chris has worked with several noted NFL
and  Major League Baseball players, and has successfully  improved their
speed, strength and conditioning through Ultimate Performance program. 

Chris Goode

Chris Goode, A seven year NFL veteran with the Indianapolis Colts earned
numerous defensive player awards as a defensive back during his NFL career
including ESPNís player of the week. Chris played cornerback at the University
of Alabama after transferring from the University of North Alabama where he
had earned a full athletic scholarship. At Hazlewood High School Chris was an
All Area, All State and All American athlete in Football and Track and Field. 
Chris uses his years of experience as a professional athlete to assist athletes,
reach their physical and mental potential who have the desire to gain that
extra edge.
